Most work is still a project, from specification through launch. These packages cover a standing engagement, or a fixed AI setup.

1. All-in-one retainer

   £1,000 to £15,000 a month

   A monthly subscription for ongoing development and the work around it: maintenance, research, A/B experiments, marketing material, documentation, servers, deployments, meetings, customer support, design, and consultation. The fee depends on the requirements. The minimum commitment is 3 months. After that, you can cancel at any time.

2. Automated development team

   £5,000, once

   We set up the infrastructure so you can run an AI-agent development team. Third-party agent subscriptions, and the usage itself, are paid by you. Optional management is £200 a month, for us to run the team and keep improving its workflows.

3. Custom AI support agent

   £3,000, once

   We build and deploy an AI agent for your customer support. It answers email, replies to user messages, and triages issues.

4. Custom AI agent

   £3,000 to £10,000, once

   We assess the requirements and build an AI agent that works as an extra team member, taking on work that would otherwise need more staff.

5. AI readiness course

   £2,000, once

   Three online workshops to prepare your organisation for current AI practice, so the team can stay with what is already shipping.
